Private Homes
Thoughtfully built personal homes and bungalows designed around the needs, lifestyle, and vision of each client.
About Grand Group
Founded in 2006, we are a residential construction and development company working across apartment complexes, multi-unit communities and individual homes.

We started with bungalows and small residential plots in Karachi. As clients returned with larger sites, the company grew into apartment development — buildings of three to seven storeys in Garden East, Garden West and Cosmopolitan Society, followed by Jinnah Dynasty on M.A. Jinnah Road.
Today the practice covers the whole delivery chain: feasibility and planning, procurement, construction management, quality control and handover. Our current pipeline includes Empress Icon in Saddar, a basement, ground plus 26-storey development now under construction.
What has not changed is the working method. We plan carefully before breaking ground, we keep the same team on a project from start to finish, and we tell clients exactly where their project stands. Most of our work now comes from previous clients and the people who live in the buildings we've delivered.
How We Work
We specify materials and details we are willing to be judged on a decade after handover, not just at the final walkthrough.
The people who plan the project stay on it. Nothing is handed to a stranger halfway through.
Cost and programme are reported honestly and early. Clients hear about issues from us first.
Scale of Work
From private residences to large-scale developments, we bring the same standards of quality, precision, and craftsmanship to every project.
